I’m no Julia Childs but I enjoy cooking sweet potatoes. I may not have the most refined palette, but I want to encourage everyone to cook and eat sweet potatoes the way they enjoy. There are many variations from savory to sweet, easy to difficult, and I will go over my own “unique” recipes as well as adapt recipes from other blogs that I love and want to share. Disclaimer – I don’t claim to be a chef by any means, this blog is for the everyday person wanting to consume sweet potatoes in a reality without great photography and not always fancy ingredients…but also I will feature and try other recipes and adapt from ones I find and share the experience with you. In the past I’ve tried (and will try again and demo) sweet potato gnocchi, sweet potato pie, sweet potato hash, etc.
