Introducing the Sweet Potato Portrait Gallery! A new and exciting exhibit at The Sweet Potato Fine Art Museum.

I’m no Diane Arbus, but I tried my best to capture the beauty and personality of these root vegetables. I’ve always been interested in the grotesque beauty and abnormal form of the sweet potato. Some people might turn away and gasp, but not I. I bravely dive into the dirty crevasses of the Ipomoea batatas and swim around in the intrinsic beauty of nature’s visual bounty.
